Trees are relational beings, like humans, and depend on one another for their survival.
Sometimes, as we lay together in bed, our limbs snaked around our bodies, I feel as if we are trees in an old-growth forest of our own design.
We’re growing old together, sometimes reaching for the sun, and other times downtrodden by a storm; but always there.
We need one another; we feed one another; we send each other silent messages that only you and I understand.
Our love grows more and more each day, from the tops of our branches to deep within our roots.
Your love stories are very inspiring and add to meaning just saying I love you
Aww. That’s so sweet of you to say.
