Remoulade sauce makes everything taste better! We like to serve it on tuna steaks or crab cakes.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbs Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbs Sriracha (more or less to taste)
- 1 tsp lemon or lime juice
- 1 Tbs capers
- 2 scallions, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1 Tbs horseradish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Chill for several hours before serving. Easy peasy!
