We love to eat good food and we love to cook food that is good for us. We love to hike trails through all kinds of wilderness and we love to plan for our adventures. We love our tiny van and our minimalist van lifestyle. But mostly we love each other and the life we make together. We are Girl Hobo and Rusty (Ren and Troy), two greys who met on the Appalachian Trail. We started a life together, converted a van to travel and hike across the country, and we like to eat well. Now, we’re sharing what we’re learning on the road, and we’d love you to join us!
